This 4 week well-being workshop, Explore & Restore: Summer Yoga Sessions hosted through February 2016 is a seasonally inspired journey aimed at introducing you to yoga’s sister science Ayurveda.
Join Rosanna from Bodyscape Yoga and Claudia from Precious Breath SUP Yoga for a combined practice of some vibrant vinyasa and soothing yin yoga. Rosanna will lead you with just yourself on the land followed by Claudia with you + the SUP (stand up paddle) boards on the sea!
Expect to learn what your individual Dosha is (your body’s natural constitution) and how you can use Ayurvedic principles to create a balanced yoga practice, enhancing harmony in your life.
Every Sunday in February 2016 from 7-8.30am. On 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th February.
