Join our challenge to complete 20 classes in 20 weeks or set your personal challenge (why not complete 20 classes in 4 weeks instead)! It’s a commitment to time, health and wellness. Cultivate discipline and transform your practice into a way of life!
- The challenge can be started from 4th January right until 31st January
- You will have to be on the special priced 20 class pass ($300) to participate or one of the unlimited passes. If you have a current pass this can be suspended OR complete your current pass first.
- It will be helpful to have a Challenge buddy to support you. Why not bring your partner or friend and make a change together?
- Every time you come to class, you can add a star to your Challenge Tracker. You’ll be part of this sangha, a community of individuals looking to keep and maintain a healthy habit and headspace, encouraging each other to persevere together. If you fall off the wagon (or should we say mat…) we will help you to keep on track and get back on board!
- Ready to start? Make sure you purchase your pass and sign up to the Challenge by writing your name on the challenge tracker in class!

On your last lesson you’ll be presented with some awards (below) to help you continue your new, more refined fitness journey.
- 10% off your next class pass, use within 1 month of completion of Challenge
- 2 guest passes for you to share with friends, family, co-workers
- 1 spikey ball to roll out any tightness and ensure you stay loose and limber
- 1 huge sense of accomplishment and overall wellbeing!
