Life is beautiful when yogis & fitness junkies unite for this 3-night retreat in Yallingup. Equal parts training & rejuvenation, your days will focus on deepening your yoga practice, replenishing your mind and spirit, and nourishing your body with delicious plant-based foods cooked by our very own Karina Paxinos. You may know Karina as Bodyscape's yoga teacher however in another career path, she has worked as a chef assisting raw vegan chef Daphne Cheng in New York and worked for René Redzepi at the 2-Michelin Star restaurant Noma in Copenhagen). Vegans (and non-vegans) this means heaven.
In this luxe accommodation, the schedule perfectly balances physical rigour, down time and personal development. There's meditation, yoga, a seaside stroll and even high intensity interval training (HIIT) with slow concentrated movements. Training sessions can be modified and all sessions are optional, giving you the choice to heal your body or mind. And in case that's not enticing enough, you will be taking an excursion out to the winery for tastings and a scrumptious lunch.
